Privacy Policy

Cradle collects nothing. It has no account, no server and no network access of any kind. Nothing you enter is transmitted anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to go. Everything the app knows about you is stored on your phone and never leaves it.

What the app stores on your device

Cradle saves the following to your phone's local app storage so the programs can pick up where you left off:

• Your due date, and your baby's birth date once you set one
• The date you acknowledged the safety information
• Your reminder setting and the time of day you picked, for each of the three programs
• A log of completed sessions — the date, which program and session, and how long you practiced

That is the complete list. Cradle never asks for your name, email address or phone number, and has no account to attach them to. It does not ask for or access your contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera, or health records, and it does not integrate with Apple Health or Google Fit.

What is not collected

• No analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting
• No advertising, ad identifiers, or tracking of any kind
• No third-party SDKs that collect data
• No cookies or web tracking
• No data is sold, shared, or disclosed to anyone — there is none to sell or share

Notifications

If you turn on reminders, Cradle schedules a local notification on your device at the time you choose. These are generated by your phone. Cradle does not use push notifications and never registers a push token, so no server is involved and nothing is sent over a network.

Backups you create yourself

Cradle lets you export your data as plain text so you can move it to a new phone. That export is handed to you and to nobody else — where it goes next is entirely your choice. If you paste it into another app or service, that service's own privacy policy applies to it.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app from your phone permanently removes everything Cradle has stored. There is no copy anywhere else and nothing to request, because we never received any of it.

Children

Cradle is intended for adults. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.

Health information

Cradle offers general wellness guidance for an uncomplicated, low-risk pregnancy and postpartum recovery, across three programs — pelvic floor, core, and stretches for labor and delivery. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a medical device. Please clear the programs with your midwife or doctor before starting.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. The commitment above — that nothing leaves your device — is the whole point of the app, and is not something we intend to change.
